JF Keiro is a ten year old gelding with an outstanding pedigree and a show record to go with it. He is a very easy keeper, and is currently out on pasture with several geldings. He's easy to be around and has excellent manners. Kiero has had eleven months of professional training in working cow horse, with quite a bit of potential to go on to cutting, reining, or western pleasure. Comments from his trainer include that he is willing, easy to ride, a quick learner, and has unlimited potential. He goes on to say, this "Horse is gutsy, cowy, and more than willing to work", and he is "Very sweet with a very big heart and TRAINABLE".
Keiro has been to competitions in Texas and Colorado doing very well in each outing. His first two outings were at the ProAm in Texas where he had two 66 scores placing him 6th in each Open division. He won the open in Denver against aged horses scoring a 71 which qualified him for the Region VIII Arabian Championships working cow snaffle bit class. His trainer was injured before the championships so he had an apprentice trainer compete on him and he
placed 2nd with her.
Kiero's sire, TC Kharpe Diem, was bred by Tom Chauncey's Desert Arabians. Kharpe Diem is a Breeders Sweepstakes Kharben son out of a Kaborr daughter. He has championships in Western and Hunt Seat. He competes in western, dressage, halter, hunter, and working western.
